Where are your original oil candles,
and why can't I order them?
We have
redesigned our candles and have
discontinued our original line. They
are no longer available to order. We
have created the new Anfora, Taper and
Flora Scent Square that are already
assembled, and feature a brushed
metal lid and included fragrance stone..at
a nicer price for our customers. We
are sure you will love these even more
so than our original line!
What
is so unique about Waxberry Oil Candles?
All Waxberry candles are manufactured
in the United States, using the finest
natural and synthetic contents which
are artfully arranged by our dedicated
staff of candle makers. Our original signature jar
is shaped to enhance the interior
design.
Unlike many oil candles, Waxberry
candles are equipped with fiberglass
wicks that neither burn down nor need
replacing. All
wicks and wick holders are packaged
already assembled on the candles. Also, each candle is individually
boxed for your convenience, and ease
in gift giving.

My candle will
not light.
1. Remove the lid.
The lids are secured tightly due to
the oil. If it is too tight for you to
unscrew, use a rubber jar opener; or
gently tap the metal lid on a counter.
Then untwist.
2. Remove the
plastic seal inside the jar and
discard.
3. Ensure the wick
is not tangled on the contents of the
candle. Move the wick so it is free
flowing in the oil. This allows the
wick to absorb oil, and that ensures
the candle lights and stays lit.
4. Enure your
candle is always kept full of oil. The
wick pulls the oil from the first 2
inches of the candle, so be sure to
keep it filled.
5. Allow the wick
to absorb lamp oil for 5 minutes. then
light your candle and enjoy.
6. Our wicks are
everlasting, and made of fiberglass;
so there is no need to trim or replace
them.
What
kind of oil do I use to refill my
Waxberry Oil Candle with?
Waxberry candles are smokeless, everlasting,
and refillable using 99% pure paraffin,
candle and lamp oil, which can be
purchased at any
major discount store. Walmart
carries it in their candle section.
Use only fragrance free, smokeless 99%
pure paraffin lamp oil.
How do I add fragrance to my candle?
The Waxberry scented oils are a light
scent, and not overpowering. Fragrance
can be added to any of our candles by
two different ways.
If you have the fragrance stone with
your candle, you can add as little or
as much of the fragrance oil to the
stone. The stone will act as a
diffuser as it is heated by the
flame and in turn heat the fragrant
oil in the stone, creating a nice
light scent.
If you have one of
our earlier candles and do not have
a fragrance stone, you can add
fragrance to the small brass ring that
surrounds the wick at the top of the
candle. Make sure your brass ring is
not upside-down , rather it should
create a small dish. Add a few
drops of Waxberry fragrance oil to the
brass ring, being careful not to drip
the oil on the candle. If you do drip
the oil, make sure to wipe the candle
clean, as it could cause it to smoke
when lite. Now light the candle and
enjoy the soft scent.
Other brands of
scented oil may not be safe for use
with this product.
Keep your candle
filled with only 99% pure smokeless,
paraffin candle and lamp oil.
